With reference to the letter from this
Department of the 7th of January and previous corresso pondence in regard to Piracy in waters adjacent to the Colony of Hong Kong, I am directed by Mr. Secretary Amery to transmit to you to be laid before Secretary Sir Austen Chamberlain the accompanying copies of the Notes of the Meeting which was held at this Office on the 13th of January, and of a letter March. which has now been addressed to the Admiralty on
this subject.
